Hi
One of the most important things I want to clear up for you and for myself is how we are the center of the world. I mean you are. I know i am.

Take a look at these two pictures. It's showing two different ways of tiling. Pictures are taken from here:

Thank you David Wright for making these beautiful visualizations because I needed them to tell you how I feel about our position in life.
In Fig. 1 you are the middle hexagon and the other hexagons are the other people in your life. The size of the hexagons are showing how much you care about them.
I was looking at life exactly like this before. I thought I have to care about every person in my life and I have to make sure everyone is experiencing peace and calmness and they are doing fine and they look good to other people. I would get upset and take it hard on myself when I would see someone living in a poor area in a documentary. I wouldn't eat as much and I wouldn't enjoy life. If we were in a group and you did a mistake, I would feel bad and nervous. I thought this was sympathy and it was a good thing to do.
It seems alright, but it is not. The goal of the documentary is not to bring the standards of our life lower for someone who is living in a very poor area. This will not solve the problem which that person is having and also it will not really help us in any way. Now I think the goal of such media should be to inform us about the unfortunate situation some people are facing. With that mindset, we can be more grateful for what we are having, and also we will be more responsible for what we are doing. Maybe someone finds their life goal to become powerful enough to help the ones who can be helped.
The other thing is usually changing people means you have not understood that you are the center and everything there is, is your reflection. So bring yourself up and be thankful for the negativity that is shown to you so you know better.
Fig. 2 shows a better view of the world we are living in. The reality is the circle of closest people to you should matter the most. It is like looking at a distance, two towers may seem smaller than a finger. Everything looks perfect from far away, and the more you look at the distance, the less you are looking at yourself.
The world I see now is I should not split my energy and love equally for everyone. My view should not be to change the life of 7B people on earth to make myself feel better. The reality is my world is limited to the people who are present in my life. I have to think of them more and understand them and their characters and find my interface and chemistry with them. That will be the best look at myself and gives me the most information I need to know myself and my life. If I get to the point of understanding how everything in my life is because I need to see it, then things can be fixed and the first hexagons will be the closest ones to me and from their perspective, they are each center of their own world and they will cascade the positivity to the rest.
It may seem inefficient but it is more of finding a way around perfection. It would be great to fix everything at once, great and boring, but this is a more manageable and implementable look at the world through a limited existence.
