I find it funny how companies reach a plateau when they have to pretend they need to take time to do something. Part of it is naturally it takes some time for something to happen and if you are not in the mood to do something, you just have to wait for the time to come. But what is the true amount of time that takes for a task to happen? And if the task takes zero time, because of automation or processing power, does it still have to take time because otherwise it would not do anything else and become obsolete? Or the attention is what they are looking for. To be looked at. To pretend importance, to seem to be present. To appear to be busy but inside, feeling empty.
It is all on the surface and it has to be taken into consideration that when people are systemized, sometimes the power relations put a finger on them and make them do things faster than needed. The rest of the system lags and they feel a void in the atmosphere when they are done. And they have to fill it up with something else.
So why wouldn't they have an internal feeling of how slow should they appear to match the dynamic of the system? But does that mean they have to waste their time doing nothing else?
Or are they supposed to make something out of their valuable time?
In other words, bowing to systems is what we do in the current state of human development but still, life is life and the human experience is multifaceted.
It shouldn't be systems that dictate what we have to make out of our lives but at moments we have to comply with the system to help it develop.
