Junction

 Hi

I don't know how much experience you have with welding. I don't have much experience either but the first couple of times I tried doing arc welding. What I noticed was despite my previous assumption, the arc does not form immediately by bringing the electrode close to the subject. You have to touch the subject by the tip of the electrode and pulling it away causes the arc to form. 

I think it is beautiful how this process shows a fact about the relationship with people. 

People just staying at a close proximity form bonds slowly but a big tension and pulling away can make a strong bond in such a small amount of time.
